What is it in relation to postpartum?

Abdominal Separation where midline of abdominal tissue things and widens in response to growing baby pushing against abdominals 

Symptoms:

Belly bulge, low back pain, pelvic pain, incontinence, inability to feel abdominal activation

Doming or Coning as indicated with the arrows, is a sign of Diastasis Recti.

How common is it?

Very Common! It affects approximately 60% of women during pregancy and postpartum.
