"Here to empower YOU and help YOU get the results YOU deserve."
Hi! I’m Dr. Sara, Owner of StrongHerPT
During my time as an undergraduate, I was a competitive collegiate triathlete and competed in USA triathlon’s collegiate nationals. I didn’t realize the power and impact physical therapy was until I, myself, was unable to be competitive in my sport due to multiple biking and running injuries.
It wasn't until PT school where I discovered the lack of understanding and the need for more Physical Therapists specializing in womens health services.
My treatment/training style is centered around a bio-psychosocial approach where the focus is on the individual as a whole being, rather than a specific body part. I see the body as one interconnected web in that my approach is not isolated on one specific body part. I am committed to finding out the WHY behind dysfunction, as well as preventing and maintaining your health and wellness throughout all the stages of life.

Philosophy
StrongHerPT bridges the gap of prenatal and postpartum care. Unfortunately, there is a lack of care for prenatal and postpartum women in the US healthcare system--infrequent doctors visits, unanswered questions, and lack of clear exercise guidelines. With 1:1 uninterrrupted care, my goal is to help you establish a clear plan to either maintain or recover from your pregnancy in order for you to stay on top of maintaining your quality of life.
