You can expect me to take the time listen to your complaints, and more importantly, your goals. If you love to work out, run, swim, or play with your grandkids - I won't tell you NOT to do those things. Nothing bugs me more than hearing stories of active pregnant women to be told they must only do yoga and walk or runners being told running is bad for them. While there is a limited time avoidance of these things are helpful to help the system get desensitized, very rarely do you have to stop an activity forever.
Recovery is a balance between avoiding the things that trigger your complaints, and continuously doing the things that improve them. The majority of people, regardless of how long they have pain or injuries can get a custom, and easy to follow Recovery Plan that will help them do the things they enjoy with the people they love!

You get what you pay for. Most clinics prioritize volume, leaving patients with minimal face-to-face time. At StrongHer PT, you work 1-on-1 with a trained physical therapist—whether for a full hour or less—ensuring efficient, high-quality care.
Would you rather spend 2-3 hours a week in PT for months, paying $45+ per session, or be seen just 2-4 times over 4-6 weeks with a clear plan? The choice is yours.

After your initial evaluation, Dr. Sara will recommend a visit frequency and estimate the number of sessions needed to help you reach your goals.
Our services are offered in packages, ensuring comprehensive care within a set timeframe. Payment is upfront, and if seeking reimbursement, you can submit a superbill to your insurance, though coverage is not guaranteed.

Yes!

In most cases yes, you can get reimbursed for out of network services if you have this as part of your benefits. You will need to contact your insurance company rep to find out. If you have a HSA Card (Health Savings Account), I accept those as well. The amount you get reimbursed makes my fees often just like a copay, except the service you get is MUCH better than your typical clinic that takes insurance.
