Why different?

Unlike traditional pelvic floor PT, which often focuses only on symptom relief without a long-term plan, RestoreHer provides a structured, progressive approach that ensures lasting results. Many PT programs rely on at-home exercises with minimal supervision, leading to slower progress and less consistency. Additionally, patients may work with aides rather than experts, receiving limited one-on-one attention. On the other hand, standard personal training can sometimes worsen conditions like diastasis recti if exercises aren’t performed correctly. RestoreHer combines the best of both worlds—expert pelvic floor therapy and safe, guided strength training—to ensure a holistic, effective recovery.

When to start?

You can start this program at any stage of your postpartum recovery. For pelvic floor internal evaluations, we recommend waiting until your OB clears you for internal work, typically around six weeks. However, if you're months or even years postpartum and still experiencing the effects of childbirth, this program can help you at any time.
